How do you deal with it when you can't say your name without stuttering?

How do you deal with it when you can't say your name without stuttering? I hate it that I can't say my name without stuttering. I can't introduce myself properly to strangers, can't take phonecalls at work... it just feels so debilitating. Sometimes I wish that my parents would have given me another name, but I guess I eventually would have developed a stutter with that one too. Does everyone here stutter with their name? How do you deal with it?
