I have been on Buspar for a year or so. I take it instead of Benzos due to a benzo addiction is easy to have and deadly (source: me). I am an alcoholic who last year went to rehab. Earlier this year I stopped drinking for 84 straight days. I gotta tell ya my speech was much better when I wasn't drinking. I always thought alcohol helped with anxiety, but now I believe thats all bullshit. I do enjoy taking buspar. It is a harmless medication and kind of helps a little with anxiety.
