Mine does that about 1 month out of the year every year for me. It always is paired with my stress levels rising, and with the current state of the world you could very well just be more stressed than you realize. I don't tend to notice my stress building until it manifests physically (by making my stutter worse or making me sick). As much as you have probably already heard this advice: take a deep breath, try to get enough sleep, and don't beat yourself up. Take care of yourself and you stutter will chill out soon. Good luck! Edit: and for this "1 month of every year" bad stutter it gets to the same range as yours rn. I can't say anything and I get tightness in my chest when I try to talk. I have to force myself to take a deep breath and just try again. Or, I will talk in a slight accent and that seems to help me get over a block sometimes.
