I just had a really tough round of interviews, and ended up getting it. I normally take Xanax and propranolol before (doc prescribed for stutter/anxiety. One thing I also do is tell the interviewer “I stutter a bit when I’m anxious, like in interviews, but I have much less anxiety in more comfortable situations”. It does two things, let’s you relieve that stress and anxiety of the first block, because it’s expected (you’ll get through it!) and let’s the interviewer know you have tenacity and just power through the toughest situations.
