I honestly recommend trying it! There’s no harming in just having it there. I get frustrated when they don’t read it and I have found that almost all of my delivery drivers read the notes. A separate solution could be to pre record yourself stating the instructions then playing the recording when you’re in that situation 🤣 I have considered doing the same thing for introducing myself over the phone. But not sure if the audio will sound weird on the other end.
