How to deal with talking in a tone like they “feel bad about me”

How to deal with talking in a tone like they “feel bad about me” So I have a stutter and a lisp, which fucking sucks. I wouldn’t mind it so much but a lot of the time people get these “looks” on their faces as if they feel bad or talk to me as if I’m mentally disabled because of how I sound. It’s given me a lot of anxiety when talking with people and I know it’s costed me interviews and jobs. And it’s almost impossible to make friends apart from online. I’m not sure what to do I’m at wits end with just trying at doing better or getting a good job, or hell having a healthy relationship. I don’t really have the money for a speech therapist. How did other people improve their stutter, or advice on how to learn to live with it.
