I have a stutter- it isn’t in all of my speech but it comes out frequently enough that everyone that knows me would tell you I stutter sometimes. So perhaps we are similar in that way. You’re young and probably lean more toward being self-conscious than I do (m48). What I can tell you is that any person you’d want to be friends with won’t mind your stutter at all and won’t think less of you for it. It’s less of a problem socially than you probably believe.
