Nah I didnt learn to speak until I was 3 or 4 & I have been stuttering ever since I learnt to speak. But Im learning to accept it though because at the end of the day, ppl still somehow understand me & at times are even kind enought to say for me what I was struggling to say lol. But my advice would be to just talk and try not to look at stuttering as an obstical (I myself sometimes struggle with this but I have been getting better) because no one really judges us as much as we think they do & ppl are a lot more tolerating & accepting than you think based off my experience. No one judges us as much as we judge ourselves.
