Something I've learned is that every job will be hard on your speech at first. You will stutter a lot in a new situation or new job. But if your employer is okay with that, you will eventually adapt to the skills the new job requires. You will get better at those speaking situations and eventually, if you try hard enough, you will exceed your fellow fluent employees in your successes. It may take years, but this is what I've found with every job I've had.
