I had and have this problem whenever I practice lower than usual! Sadly, there's no pill or quick medication for stuttering. Just practice, practice, and practice. If you can have a speech therapist that would be a lot better. after a while, you will understand how to say hard words without pressure. Hope you do well mate :)
