It's completely normal to feel a sense of shame towards these situations. Especially when you want to say a particular thing and it goes to shit. But even people who don't stutter would still feel somewhat anxious to approach her. If there's anything that I've learned, it's to go in unprepared. Meaning...forget about trying to learn a particular line. There's many ways to get the same message across. You go with whatever's natural at that moment in time.
