Same here. School was rough for me as a moderate stutterer. In college, it became less severe. The key is focusing on living and not your stutter. This helped me alleviate much anger and distress I felt as a PWS ( person who stutters). When I have a block, I dont dwell on it, I breathe and move on. My confidence has improved along with my fluency. I still have blocks but I just focus on them anymore. I also graduated with a BS in Psychology and a MA in Industrial/organizational Psychology. Good luck! If you want to hear about other stories, just Google "My Stuttering Life podcast ". You are not alone!
