Visualising a book I came up with this by accident but it has really helped me so I thought I'd share and hopefully it will help someone else. When your speaking or are about to speak, imagine a book in your head, visualise it, the texture, the pages, all of it. Its real in your mind. Then imagine the words you want to say on the paper, printed in ink and read them off the paper, not from your mind. Just read what's on the page in front of you. It also helps to read it to an object rather than a person like a chair or a table, anything that's near you. This sounds a little stupid but it helped me alot. It also helps to read slowly. If this technique doesn't work or you get stuck then imagine your the cashier or person your speaking to and imagine your looking through there eyes. Then speak. Imagine your watching yourself live and your fluent. I hope this helped someone :)
