Almost 2 years. QC has dinged me for stuttering, but my boss knows I can’t control it so she doesn’t do much about it. She tried to help me get an accommodation to move to another department, changing departments/positions isn’t considered an accommodation, apparently. Plus, I have to wait for an available position.
