When I was 9 Me and my parents went to a 3 week summer camp for stutterers and at the last day the organizers asked us theoretically if we wanted our stutter to just be gone and live a ”normal” life. I said ”No because if I dident stutter I wouldn’t be me” My Mom still to this day says that moment was one of the proudest she felt for me and emotional moment in her life
