its not easy. in my case it started my anxiety, self doubt, not speaking up when needed to, changed my whole personality, made me awkward, makes my dreams harder, stops me making jokes w my friends, hard to explain anything evne tho im smart and know how to explain it in my mind, can barely hold convos. not playing victim here, but its pretty bad
