It depends on what you're looking for. If your goal is living the "player" life, then you're right. That's a very superficial world, and it relies a lot on first impressions. It leaves you with that bitter feeling that women are shallow people, but this is a one-sided way of looking at it. After all, you're being just as shallow - all you're expecting from them is a casual hook-up, after all. We stutterers definitely don't work well in this kind of environment. But no one said that's the only right way to live life or the right way to be happy. Once you break through that barrier you'll find someone who loves you for who you are. Thing is, it's hard, and you've gotta be open. Once you do find someone, though, it's worth all of the trouble.
