I will advice you to adopt a self help route, read a book valsalva hypothesis by Bill perry and start applying those concepts and doing those exercises daily.... you have to keep in mind that daily practice and exercises are very important, people dont put effort and then blame others that its not working. if you think that you will just go to therapy and your fluency will start to increase day by day without putting your 100% and giving enough time and mastering the skill then you are wrong.. Suppose i play cricket and if someone teach my batting technique there is no way i will become good at it on day one, at first i am going to be worst with it and with practice and commitment slowly and slowly things will improve.... My advice to you is that you dont need therapist, you can read the above mentioned book and start your journey , slowly and slowly you will improve and with in year or two you will be able to beat it,
