Do you struggle with "Word Generation" with your stutter?

Do you struggle with "Word Generation" with your stutter? For me, I seem to struggle with coming up with the right words to say. I can read a script just fine with no stutter if I don't think of what I'm reading but once I start processing information and generating words / conversations I noticed that's what causes me to stutter which makes me scared if my stuttering is from a neurological issue like MS, is anybody else like this?
