You might want to check the local universities who have good speech pathology programs. Get referrals through them. As another user suggested, Facebook groups can be good communities to engage with people with similar needs. The problem I have found a special needs Facebook groups is that people will have had differences of opinions. Especially as a relates to doctors. But at least they'll give you a place to start
