I'm just finishing my Education degree and it's something I never thought I would do because of my stutter. Currently teaching in a primary classroom and loving it! Some days are definitely tough if I am tired or feeling a bit under the weather as this is when my stutter is worse! One thing I have got comfortable with in the last few years is being very open with my stutter. I tell my mentor teachers, my observers and my students and it makes it way better if I am having a tough day. I actually put it in my cover letter as a way of understanding differences and being patient with students. It took me a while to feel comfortable doing this but if you can get there, it's been great! Anyway good luck and you will do great! We can do it!
