Could this be Parkinson’s?

Could this be Parkinson’s? I had a very bad stutter when I was younger, and it has resurfaced now that I’m 23 and out of school. It’s a form of blocking as in I can’t get a lot of words out or certain letters, usually B and D. My grandma had Parkinson’s and I’m wondering if this random stuttering and blocking could be a sign of Parkinson’s?
