Recently realized that me fumbling over my words constantly is actually a stutter I’ve always been really self-conscious about the way I speak, but I didn’t realize it was a stutter until… literally yesterday, bc I’m really stupid HHHH. To clarify, I often have to repeat words a bunch before I can get to the next word in the sentence… if that makes sense. I feel like I’m a nuisance, because I also have a lot of other things that make me different and annoy others: -VSD (heart defect, makes me get out of breath very easily) -astigmatism and awful depth perception -OCD -and am most likely autistic (and some other things I’d rather not mention atm.) Does anyone have advice on how to feel… less like a bother to others? Thanks for reading!
