Like you Ive always considered it a curse, unfortunately I've no real encouraging words for you, I can't say it will get better, I'm 60 now and I've had this curse since as far back as I can remember,.. You just have to learn to live with it, it will effect your entire life, the jobs you have, the personality you develope, your relationships, etc.. I always look back and think what if....
