In my first years of high school I didn't tell anybody I stuttered. What a hell that was, every lesson I would be really nervous whether my the teacher was gonna ask me to read an answer. After that I decided to tell every teacher that I stuttered. Most of the time I couldnt say a word but that way they would know my problem. I asked them to not ask me to read something or read up an answer. When I had group presentations, I would do most of the writing and my group would present. Solo presentations were in an empty classroom with just the teacher. I've just finished high school with a huge stutter problem, if you have any questions about how I did certain things that school asked from me, feel free to pm.
