That’s the only symptom I had when I got mine. Woke up feeling a little dizzy. I often wake up with migraines like that. I slept in and when I woke up, my speech was garbled. I was physically fine, just the speech so I thought “it couldn’t be a stroke” and yada yada, stroke.
