Thank you for your reply! Yes, I’m definitely looking into getting therapy. I’ve avoided it for nearly a decade but I’ve come to the realisation that it will most likely help me. Thanks again! I’ll have to muster my courage and call the speech therapy place that I’ve been eyeing!
