yes, of course that helps me a lot. It confirms, that experiencing success also helps if I stop stuttering. Conclusion: In your experience, the therapist really had a big impact on you the moment she told you this. You can recall that situation when she said that every time you need it. Problem: This will also work for me, IF I'm able to re-create a big enough impact where I recognize that I can speak a letter without stuttering. Right now I'm speaking alone without stuttering but it doesn't give me this impactful successful experience. So I cannot apply this memory later. How can I induce or strengthen this experience so that it feels impactful?
