It's not easy, it really isn't. But please, please be conscientious of your emotions. Once you understand the interdependence between anxiety and stuttering and begin teaching yourself techniques and methods to alleviate your anxiety, you'll find it easier to care less about other's opinions, and care more about other's well being. Remember, confidence is innate in some people, but it can be self-taught by everyone. **You can do it.**
