Started with Benetalk's(paid app I know but work expenses it) speech recorder. I found on calls for work is where my problems really heightened. It has taught me to speak more slowly and trust that, from there slowly trying to bring it into daily interactions. I still have issues with blocks in situations like ordering, or first introductions but from there just speaking more slowly and poignantly.
