Welcome. You’re not alone. I’m 44 and still have my stutter. It does get better. It does get easier. And as you get older you realize most decent people don’t give two sh*ts about anyone’s stutter. Have confidence, do your exercises, or do whatever method of speaking works best for you. For me, as I am speaking I know the words I’m going to stutter on so I replace the word I’m going to stutter on with a synonym that I know I wont stutter on. Not a popular method because people say I’m avoiding getting better. But it works for me. You’re gonna rock!
