Ever heard of the Kassel technique? I am curious how many other stutterers know of this. The Kassel technique teaches that you take conscious breaths in between word blocks, with unusual pauses, like: I am / doing good instead of I am doing / good. Also, start every block with breathing out. Only speak when breathing out. Start with a low, relaxed voice at the beginning of each block and then raise your voice until it's your normal volume.
