I also have this playlist on youtube that I've been working on now and then. [https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLZ4nn2Q5PehMIiX6xSXv4sUeeFxh0hQgs](https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLZ4nn2Q5PehMIiX6xSXv4sUeeFxh0hQgs) I started it one to two years ago and I wrote out the work in progress above because I was always trying to explain everything I had learned one way or another but it is always difficult because I know the pitfalls everyone is afraid of when I give specifics so some of the content might seem really general. I'm trying to get more detailed with examples of what I think most of us have been through but don't realize the implications that a lot of it we can use to help ourselves without needing to wait for any outside intervention or good days or all of that ridiculousness...because there's nothing magical about one day over another. I implore everyone to stop connecting their stutter with words, sounds, situations, good days and bad days. Not dwelling on it helped me do this and then my name became no different than any other word (as the most obvious example). I gave it no special treatment nor fear. Words, sounds, anything. Start from scratch.
