I agree with all of the advice to find a good SLP who specializes in stuttering. That said, surely no one will tease/mock her during the recital..? There is (should be) no rule that it must be fluent; and there is nothing WRONG with stuttering. Anyone who teases her during or bullies her afterward should be taken to task by responsible adults, including church leadership.
