Hello, my sister is a speech therapist and she told me when I have trouble speaking I can just try and tap the syllables when spelling the word? Idk how to explain it but let's say when I try to say the word banana and everytime I say the syllable I tap the table(ba-{tap} -na{tap} - na{tap}) or just do smh with my hand. Idk if u knew this but I didn't so I think is worht sharing. This doesn't rly help with my prolongation but it rly helps when I can't start a word or just having more fluid speech. I hope I explained it well, English is not my first language
