Best book with practical advice on overcoming adult stuttering? I had severe stuttering as a child, but managed to fix it almost completely (I don’t know how, honestly, as I never got treatment for it). But now it’s coming back in the instances in where I’m required to speak a second language. What’s frustrating is that the stuttering isn’t originated in me hesitating trying to find the right words or phrases (I have them clearly 100% in my head). I feel like my 8yr old self again trying to talk in public in the classroom. I’m looking for a book with practical advice in how to fix this condition. I’ve seen several recommended here, but don’t know if they are a good fit for me.
