No, don’t do that. I’m going to be blunt with you. That just shouts that you care what people think and you would be constantly apologizing for stuttering and you shouldn’t have to apologize for that. If they heard it, then so be it but that shouldn’t affect your ability to do the job. Sure; send a thank you for taking the time to interviewing me, something like that.
