Addition: when i **whisper**, there is only around 2-5% of the stuttering. The moment I start to vocalize, 2-3 syllable later the block is there (without anxiety!). This tells me, that only the **vocalizing muscles** are causing the stuttering. Because while whispering we don't use the vocal chords, we create the airflow with different parts of the throat, the vocal chords are not open. So either the vocal chords themselves are chronically tense or rather the throat muscles with which we voluntarily move them. And that is ultimately what causes stuttering.
