If my GF ever tried to mock my stutter I'd immediately consider breaking up with her, because it means she doesn't respect me as a person and less as a partner. You should stand your ground and, if you're willing (and if you're not it's completely understandable), wait for a sincere apology. I'm sorry you had to endure this.
