It’s probably a good idea to take both since they can deplete the other, especially if starting from a state of deficiency. B1 is water soluble so there’s no risk of overdosing. I personally find the glycinate form of magnesium relaxing and good for anxiety and sleep but for others it can have the opposite effect, so you might have to try different forms of magnesium if this one doesn’t have the effect you want.
