So just overall act more confident when talking and be more chill? Like not fidget and move a lot, and be sure to stare at people when talking/they talk? I need to work on some but I can easily do this stuff. The eye contact is already something I’m decent at. So even with my bad stutter today if I start doing this can I start doing this in that group and “redeem” myself? (I know that’s not the right word). And if I start doing this stuff people shouldn’t care about my stutter? If so this honestly might help my social anxiety because a large part is my stutter
