Mine are usually A and L sounds. Today when I went to the doctors to say "I'm here for my appointment", I could barely enunciate the A sound in appointment; it came out almost slurred. Thankfully the woman at the desk understood the jist of what I said so I didn't have to repeat myself, lol.
