Tips So i have a really bad stutter. Like most of the time i can hardly get a sentence out without stuttering over all my words. My parents said that when i was a toddler i stuttered but then it stopped for quite a few years. When i was about 11 (late 2020-early 2021) my stutter came back. I have periods of time when i think my stutter is getting better like i can get quite a few good sentences out without stuttering but then something happens and my stutter is horrible again. I go to speech therapy in school but if anything i feel like it just makes it worse. Some times its such a struggle to get words out that my head physically hurts after im done speaking. My stutter is also worse around my family than anyone else. Tbh im just tired of other kids making fun of me just because of something i cant control. Do you guys think that anxiety could be a cause of my stuttering? I was also born with [***macroglossia***](https://www.google.com/search?sca_esv=576306854&rlz=1CAWPBA_enUS1080&q=macroglossia&spell=1&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwj19Onx-o-CAxXchIkEHXVOBnEQkeECKAB6BAgIEAE) and never had surgery for it so could that be a possible cause to? Just any help would be fine
