Speech Block Management Techniques Hey guys, just wanted to share some techniques which I've tried in recently in conversations when I had a blocked and it worked to unblock it so I could continue the convo. Esp the technique where you add a mmmm or nnnnn sound before a blocked word / sound and use it to transition into saying the word. In my case it works well for plosive sounds like my name, ie. (d,b,p, t, etc.) They prob work for other sounds too. You can try for your self and practice them solo to increase muscle memory.
