I’ve been loooving this show (huge Judy Greer fan!) and the reference to The King’s Speech took me by surprise too, but I got the gist of the situation. Of course it sucks to be mocked like that and I am glad the creator answered you. I think this may be definitely a case of depiction not equaling endorsement though, but it being an ad lib… oh well.
