I’m another ESTP stutterer, I’m super extroverted as well. Games where you got to blurt out phrases are always gonna be difficult, it is what it is. Idk if you’ve done speech therapy but some tricks that usually work for me is speaking to a rhythm, or speaking on an exhale. Ngl if you feel a stutter, changing your tone or accent kinda works, Valley Girl was my go to with my friends in HS. Confidence with speaking hopefully improves over time, through college and work now, it’s hardly an issue. Even if I have the occasional block, people are understanding and will wait for what I say. Especially as an extrovert, just keep talking, it’s what we like to do and will give you more confidence the more you do it and the more people you do it with. Talking to more people as a stutterer has helped me realize that everyone is so unique in their own speaking habits.
