I mean it can happen on anything, but like you i find it happens the most on certain letters. The big ones for me are m and n sounds, w sounds, and l sounds. That’s all i can think of right now but probably one or two more that i forget. What helps me is being relaxed when i say them. don’t tense up too much and ease into the word. But all of that to me really comes with just being comfortable.
