Tell people you have a stutter at the start of the talk, it is common practice for me in research talks and all my interviews now. Slightly settles the nerves and gets rid of the "fear of being found out" by just owning it. This actually makes it less severe in general. I presented at big things during undergrad without employing this technique. The fear of people thinking I'm nervous as opposed to stammering made it a lot worse for me.
