So, stuttering = trying to forcefully repress something you are ashamed of. You still have fear when you are stuttering bc your conversation is ongoing. Or bc you know your life requires regularly *talking* to people. If you are truly impacted by stuttering and avoiding entire thoughts/categories of interaction, it truly is a type of PTSD.
