mine is often quite severe. I've learned that you have to know what you're doing and know why you're doing it. There's gotta be a path. Otherwise you're just throwing yourself into situations where you come out feeling like a failure. So it depends what your goal/objective is. If it's to not be afraid or not feel bad about stuttering, you're going to have a bad time. You can't just work on "not feeling bad". You have to feel good/positive, in a way that you can actually do. Like choosing to hold eye contact while asking a question, ordering the thing you want at a restaurant, or even something as simple as saying hello to someone. But the point of it should be a focus on the achievable goal.
